I called expecting someone to be gruff and try to get me hastily off the phone but the owner was very respectful and encouraged me to come in and said he could likely help me immediately. I was just down the street so I went in and he determined that my best bet was likely an external WIFI stick, instead of the built in Wifi on my laptop. I was a little short on cash and he told me to go ahead and take my laptop and the external wifi device with me and he would wait for me to come back with the cash. What amazing service! The respect, honesty, and integrity shown by this businessman has made me a customer for life.
Excellent service. My computer was completely unresponsive and I thought it was gone for good, but he managed to bring it back to life. The work was done quickly and very professionally. The most important thing is that my computer now works perfectly again. I’m extremely grateful and would highly recommend his service.
Tony was fantastic and fixed my laptop the same day i brought it to him for half the price that micro-center and best buy would have charged, 100% would go here again if i had a problem and absolutely would recommend to anyone.
