I came into property management with no experience and the team at LCS/Rent Manger are everything. From 1-on-1 trainings to help with phone setup every person at this company I've worked with has been lovely. My most recent experience with phones was very confusing but Mikaela went above and beyond to make sure I understood precisely how my phone setup worked down to the hours and sub auto attendant scripting. My near two years here have been really fantastic. It's by far the best place that I've worked at so far. I have fun and kind coworkers, opportunities for advancement, recognition for my effort, good benefits, a gorgeous campus to work at, and the company culture is really something special. They plan activities, outings, and fun internal events. I'm not difficult to please, but having these little things helps me feel like I'm a person with a work life and not a cog in a machine.
