Sondra has helped me tremendously in the short time I’ve been seeing her. Very grateful she took me on as a patient.Update: a full year seeing Sondra and I couldn’t be happier. She tells me the truth whether I like or not. That’s what I need; I think most people need the real truth. I greatly appreciate her insight and honesty.

Had a really great experience and for the first time with my counseling experience career, Sondra kept me linear because I have a terrible time going down rabbit holes and repeating myself and she was very patient and helpful.

Mrs. Sondra was very open and welcoming! I felt really comfortable with her and I also felt heard. She does amazing at making her clients feel seen and heard. She is very detailed, organized, and neat. Most importantly, she is a sweet and humble person. I would definitely recommend her if you struggle with mental health and have a hard time opening up to people, because her office truly is a safe space.
