I'm only giving a review because I feel I was so let down. It's been 3 weeks since my case worker switched me and my mental health is taking a hit. First she just no called no showed, then she no showed responded with her next appointment was too important to miss and then again she. Ignores me. I'm moving there's issues I don't understand, they front desk is asvoiding my calls, they keep putting me to supervisor on vacation.
Three weeks, and not one time has anyone apologized, checked on the housing situation and now I feel bad for bugging them, I'm a mental health patient, is this OK am I being over sensitive
Well... I see that I'm not the only one who hates this place.
First off, my therapist is great! I appreciate him for all the help he's provided.
The administration of this place, however, is an entirely different ball of wax. They are absolutely the worst. Everything from scheduling to managing payments. For three weeks now, they've not been able to process my payments. There's apparently no way to pay online. There's been so much turn over in the staff, it's bonkers!
How do they stay in business? Oh... State subsides, that's how. Christ!
My son is with this organization and when they change his service porvider/ case manager, they never inform him. Also, the case manager doesnt keep intouch with their clients. They have felled to properly serve.
