I did a Tele connect or Health so a video visit at home and it was a good experience. The doctor that I had was a great listener, caring, sympathetic when it comes to my needs, and I would recommend her and this place to anybody.10/10 I was recommended this Urgent Care from a different one because I was too sick to leave my home and I had my needs met so taken to consideration that not every review on here is based off of your experience you may experience A different type of an experience and sometimes you need to pay attention if you’re gonna do a telehealth visit call ahead pre-book your appointment if you’re in a rush try to call them. Utilized Telehealth visit a few times now for various reasons. Had excellent experiences every time. The convenience of telehealth visits for busy people that need urgent care for non emergency cases keeps me running back when i need help. Ill never go anywhere else! ☺️
