About Mission Vet Urgent Care - Blue Ash
Mission Vet Urgent Care, located in Blue Ash, Ohio, offers walk-in urgent care services for pets during evenings and weekends, serving various cities in the Cincinnati area. This facility focuses on non-life-threatening situations and serves as a bridge between primary vet care and emergencies. The staff were friendly and attentive to puppies' needs. Visitors can expect clear communication, thorough examinations, and upfront cost explanations. The vet's patience and thoroughness addressed questions and concerns. Dr. Darling and all of the staff were very caring and compassionate, taking time to explain everything. They were willing to work with families and accommodate any way they could. The team was more concerned about the well-being of animals than their bottom dollar. Toneya, Dr. Darling and Jordan were great. They kept visitors updated about where they were in line and brought a blanket and water. This compassionate team genuinely cares. The doctor explained in layman terms the status while using X-rays and blood work. Jordan explained why and how it will go away, calming visitors and making sure all questions were answered. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, and Danielle (DVM) were amazing, friendly, caring, and patient.
Everyone we met here was fantastic. I brought my boy Ringo in for what ended up being an UTI. I had called all in a tizzy & was met with nothing but compassion & a caring ear. I wish my boys could come here as their primary vet. But if we ever need someone again in a pinch I will not hesitate to bring both my boys here. Ringo is feeling already much better with some snuggles with his brother Mac & their dad. 🩷
Needing a vet on a holiday weekend was almost impossible to get an appt.. Mine referred me to Mission, I was able to get in that day, and get meds to help alleviate my cat's pain. I was VERY pleased with the service, followup call and text to see how Lightning is doing. Of course he is still mad at me and doesn't trust me, and his brother is afraid he'll be next, so both are avoiding me!
On Saturday, June 27, I was sent over to your facility to take a look at my Saydi. Everyone there was very nice and cordial, especially the assistants. Dr. Dwyer was phenomenal!!! I will be seeking her in the future for my pet needs with Saydi and my newest edition Miki. It’s always a wonderful feeling to be able to take my fur babies somewhere and they are not treated just as a number. I felt a quick connection with the assistants and Dr. Dwyer. Thank you for taking good care of my Saydi! She is starting to feel better.
