CareFirst Urgent Care was a clean, well organized place that understood its primary goal of moving patients in/out of the facility. All employees were first rate including the Doctor, Nurse & administrators. My first visit was awesome & I would return in a heartbeat!

Very happy. It was Sunday, couldn’t see my PCP so went to Urgent care. Its a walk in clinic. So, waiting till you are called is expected. Dr Jared was very nice. He listened, explained my ailment and prescribed meds. Staff also very courteous.

I had issues picking up my medicine at the pharmacy, I had to call a couple times to get it straightened out and Evelyn was the one who helped me each time. Her customer service is amazing, she was very helpful and I was able to get my issue taken care of very quickly. She’s got great customer service skills and I just wanted to say thank you in case she sees this.
