Just went in for initial consult but I must say so far I can say for sure the people are friendly & knowledgeable. Very thorough & eager to answer any questions. Got to work right away on the next step of the process… I will be going forward!

I was in soo much pain BEFORE going there. They took many X-rays, gave me novocaine, check the gapping of every tooth in my mouth except for the TWO PROBLEMATIC TOOOTH (didn't know there were two teeth giving me pain before going there) and removed my most problematic tooth in the same day in least than two hours (of course I was there at 9am when the opened)! There customer service was the greatest! The young man at the front desk was kind. The young lady who took me to the two x-ray machines was kind and pleasant to talk with. Going to the Dentist is never fun. I was dreading it. However, the Oakley Location's staff made it a pleasant experience! The office, like the staff, is shiny and welcoming! Noteworthy is that even though my mouth was sore from a broken tooth, literally nothing hurt! X-rays through Periodontal Poking was all shockingly pain free and every person in the chain asked prior to procedure if I had any tender areas. Well done, Aspen of Oakley! A+
