Well I must say they are very professional get right to the point they were friendly and helpful the only thing I didn't appreciate is you don't take a certain kind of insurance let that be clear instead of doing the session so you can tell them no but how ever I'm going to have my insurance switched to one they take i feel it's worth the wait and yes I would recommend them,
The staff treats you family.Everyone is so Welcoming, and so patient this is the best staff you will ever meet. I had a Great Experience I needed a emergency appt for a tooth replacement for my graduation and they explained everything to me answered all my questions and made me feel less scard .(And I looked real nice for my graduation) I truly appreciate everyone that helped me ,and I would recommend this dentist to anyone I know. Norwood office, is professional and kind, and very informative, explain everything that they were doing and why and also advise that it needs to be at least a year before permanent set. At the previous office it was going to be six months and I already thought that was to soon when previous office said six months,I know from family members that has dentures said that it had to be at least a year. So thank you so much for transferring me to new location.
