*Updating to give 3 stars because staff was very kind and personal and I recieved my full refund* My experience with Oakley Dental was extremely disappointing . I went in for a cleaning and tooth pain. Found out that my filling where the pain was needed a root canal. And he said I had 3 additional fillings. He couldn’t do the 3 fillings that day, but said he couldn’t easily do it when I come to get the crown placed and that it would be quick and simple. I paid for the fillings ahead of time as originally he said he’d do them the day of cleaning, but I had been there for 3 hours already and we decided it was too much. I came in for the first patient visit and cleaning and it was wonderful. They were really helpful explaining the payment playment options and next steps. Jasmine who did x-rays was so incredibly kind during my visit. Definitely making this my regular dentist.
