“I've been going to Bloom for over 4 years. I left my stylist of 14 years to venture out into another salon (my former salon did not have the proper products to get my hair to the shade of blonde that I wanted). I met Rachel for a consult and she has been my stylist ever since. I see her every 10 weeks and alternate between a full highlight and a partial highlight. Coming to Bloom is triple what I paid at my previous salon, for a full highlight. It is worth EVERY CENT. I will never go anywhere else. Rachel is incredibly talented and very knowledgeable. She is so thorough and she truly goes the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with the results. She puts a lot of time and effort into my hair, and this is why it's worth the price. I am very particular in the shade of blonde that I want and whenever I voice my thoughts, Rachel is always on board in making sure the end result is what I want. Over the years, she has given me several product recommendations and I've been a loyal customer to Amika and K18 ever since. The salon no longer uses Amika, but I bring my own products with me, since I prefer it. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and I look forward to my appointments.
