We bought a house here in Chagrin and the furnace quit working less than a year after purchase in the height of the cold weather. Stankus sent out a team to look at the problem and gave us an estimate. They worked with our home owners insurance and we received a much higher refund than expected. I cannot be happier with the service and price I received from Stankus Heating & Cooling. My water heater died and out of three companies I called, Stankus was the only company that did not expect me to pay a fee to tell me my water heater needed to be replaced. I so appreciated their ablility to ask me some questions about my old tank and estimate the cost of replacing it over the phone. Brett and Gavin showed up first thing in the morning and had the new tank installed in time for me to shower before I went to work. They were considerate and clean. Brett showed me how to maintain the tank for optimal performance before they left. Excellent company!
