As a business owner myself, I have been using this company for about two years now. Not only do they work on my home HVAC system but they also maintain an installed my business HVAC system. There are not many companies I would honestly say this about, but these guys are not only honest but they’re very knowledgeable and their workmanship Is incredibly professional. They were upfront about a couple installation errors that were very minor, but needed addressed. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

We have an older garage heater that hasn’t been in use for some time. Our tech, Myron, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We’ve lived in the Chagrin Falls area for just over a year now and have had our fair share of misleading and subpar contractors. That was not the case with the team at DiMarco. Gerald (sales rep) was the only person out who didn’t try to oversell us something we didn’t need. The owner (Ben) called me at 7:30 pm to discuss a quote while covering for his sales team. No other company around offers that level of customer service coupled with a very professional and courteous installation team.
