“Went in at 4pm to get a gel Pedicure for my Birthday 9/5, the new girl with the glasses vibe and energy was just off like she just didn't want to be there, she never greeted me, took all day just to set the foot spa up, the water was luke warm damn near cold I got impatient with her because she was talking low and just didn't know where anything was, didn't want to communicate the process but asking me what color I wanted, she said they had no books to choose a color from, I asked for a place to charge my phone she apologized and said there were no places to charge my phone, only for a lady that work at the shop to debunk the new girl with the glasses previous statement and showed me that there was a charger in the back of the chair, my final straw was asking her if she could fix my cracked big toe nail she started talking about she don't know about that but will do her very best to fix it I got irritated with her response, because either yes you can fix it or no you can't. I just stopped the service before it got started dried off and proceeded to leave. Was on my way out the building when the Manager Gabbie stepped in to save the day. She got me together and made me feel extremely comfortable I got a drink on the house for my Birthday and inconvenience, we had girl talk, and she was extremely professional. I plan to come back to see Gabbie. When ever I visit Ohio again. Please get the new girl a customer service personality especially since she is choosing to be in a front facing customer service career. Not trying to be mean because I get that we are all human and have bad days but at the same time you can't push that negative energy on the customer and expect anything positive to come out of it. I am speaking up because I would hate for her to run into someone who is having a bad day as well and goes off on her.”
“This was my first time at Quintana's and I cannot stop talking about how wonderful it was. My husband goes for the barbershop and he booked me a prenatal massage. He booked online without issue. I was greeted promptly at the door by the wonderful receptionist. After a short questionnaire, I was greeted by Tara, the massage therapist. She was absolutely amazing. We went over what my goals were for the massage and problem areas. We had some friendly conversation and then she left me to privately get ready. Tara was the best massage therapist I have ever had. She actually worked on my problem areas all while maintaining my privacy/modesty with turns and etc. She continuously asked if I was okay and comfortable. I have had a few massages 10-20 or so (other places) and they were no where near her level of care. She was phenomenal. Tara had the utmost respect for me as well as superior professionalism. I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you.”
