“Rob, the owner, came to my house within 3 hours of me calling him, despite having other jobs that day. I had a big leak on my water heater and he came and fixed it really fast. Also pointed out some glaring issues with the way my plumbing was installed and gave me advice for fixing it. I told him I wanted to DIY some parts, and not only did he not try to sell me on having him do it, but he told me how! I know who I’m hiring next time. Thanks again, Rob!”
