We had a toilet plugged by our grandson. Which caused half of the house to be stopped up, including the kitchen, small bath and laundry room, all affected by the blockage. We called Roto- Rooter and they sent out Kenneth McMurray and he found the problem and fixed it perfectly. He was a great representative of your company, very kind and had a great attitude and personality.
We found water in the basement early in the morning. We called and Grant was at our house within 40 minutes. He determined it was a faulty sump pump and installed the new one very quickly. He was very professional and friendly.
Trevor was wonderful. He did the job very competently and was very helpful. I do think that the price was very high. This was work to prepare for a flooring replacement. I needed a toilet moved and a waterline disconnected. I still have to have a plumber come back and move these two things back. I have already put over $1000 into this. I think this is rather expensive considering I received a discount on one of the items.
