“I would like to begin with saying that the Cleveland clinic has gone down the tubes. It is a really unfortunate situation as it wants used to be an amazing facility with top-notch care. Definitely not the case at all anymore. It is just like every other healthcare facility. They are not a stand-up facility. They stink and they have terrible scheduling and ability to contact physicians. If you need to, It is near impossible- but I do want leave a positive review for the bath campus.

I have had multiple MRIs along with bloodwork and other scans. Everybody in the radiology department is excellent. I have not one single complaint at all.

The phlebotomy department in lab is also absolutely exceptional. I have had the unfortunate experience of going to a quest lab or other locations and it was terrible. These guys have it together in that department as well.

Cleveland clinic in general has gone backwards. It's just out of control what's happening to our entire medical care in the United States. But it's a huge disappointment with the Cleveland clinic I don't have enough time to even review that. But hats off to the radiology in phlebotomy department at the bath campus, you guys are awesome and you know who you are. Thank you for what you do.“

“I highly recommend Medina hospital ED in the case of an emergency.

Over the years i have spent time in many different EDs visiting clients as a part of my job ; but if I have to be a patient, then I would choose to come here.

Their medical staff are extremely professional, personable, efficient. I was checked in quickly, checked on throughout my ER visit and tests were run very promptly. I felt the care I received from nurses, radiology staff, medics and doctors was excellent!“

“Great experience. Had appointment for 9:30 was taken immediately in. Doctor and tech where so helpful and made you feel very comfortable and talked to you about the procedure and kept you comfortable and kept your mind off of what the doctor was doing. i highly recommend Agape!! Had a part of my big toe removed due to ingrown and pain. and i couldn’t feel happier about the pressure that was lifted around the toe and also the price was well worth it especially not having insurance“
