“We had bees coming INTO our house from somewhere. Called ACME in the morning and Andrew came out the same day. He looked inside the house where we had been seeing them and found no sign of nesting. Outside he found the where they were coming in and sprayed and treated the areas. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and left us with instructions on what to look for over the next several days. “I had a rodent problem, specifically rats. After paying 2 other companies that did basically nothing I found CPS. At the first visit they inspected the inside and outside, going around the foundation with a mirror and identified the corner posts of my vinyl siding are not sealed closed - a way in for these rambunctious critters - then actually went into my unfinished attic and inspected it - neither of the other 2 services would go into the attic or performed a thorough inspection. The issue of the critters getting in started with a wall that had water damage and had rotted away, this had been found and fixed but once those critters are in they find other routes. Within the first week and a half my home was finally quiet, no more being terrorized every night. The bait boxes, which they monitored weekly and moved to other areas when they noticed no activity, and the attic baiting seems to have worked. I'm at week 4, last treatment will be at the end of the week and I am completely satisfied with the results so far. Next visit will be to seal up the corner posts, perform the final contracted baiting and then I'm signing up for their annual pest control plan. Folks, the price is well worth the piece of mind and CPS' price was actually cheaper than either Grace Exterminating or Greenix. Plus CPS actually showed up for services at scheduled times and more importantly provided good results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing this type of problem. Thank you to the CPS team!! They have all been very kind and responsive, especially at the first visit when I was panicking thinking no one could/would help.“
