I was impressed on the professionalism of Mr. White, the technician. He explained what he was doing and did what he said. Well spoken and polite, even though I asked a lot of questions.
Courteous staff from appointment to treatment. Ashanti arrived on time. He was very professional and explained in detail the contract and exactly what he would be doing for the initial visit. He also answered all of my questions knowledgeably and was respectful of our home. Highly recommend.
Other than being late, he was good. I know you’re supposed to call the people and let them know that you’re gonna be late. I understand people get backed up and everything like that.
