I’ve been to a lot of barbershops over the years, and this is easily one of the best. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Matt did an outstanding job on my beard. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure everything was perfect before I left the chair. His skill, professionalism, and friendly attitude really set him apart. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Matt if you’re looking for a consistently great haircut.
Michael is great. My husband is a Purple Heart veteran and was sent here through the VA for ongoing neck and upper back/ shoulder issues. We are continuing Services through private pay. Such a clean business and the customer service was amazing! The woman that helped me (I didn't get her name), but she totally understand that I have eczema and that tanning beds can help people with eczema. I felt SO relieved! She was literally one of the nicest people I've met!

Paula has been absolutely wonderful in our transition from Ricoh to Konica Minolta machine. Seamless transition makes me wish I did this years ago. Love the feature of automatically shipping out toner when it is needed. No need to store toner cartridges or having to remember to keep them in stock. A+ all the way around. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely AWFUL haircut from a very expensive salon in the area (I was told I looked like lord farquad mixed with a jellyfish. My hair was very uneven. I went back twice and they couldn’t fix it.) and Jessica fixed me up so quickly and confidently right before closing. She knows exactly what she is doing. She listened to me even though I was almost in tears in her chair and she taught me what she was going to do before she did it. She was SO kind and called me beautiful constantly which made me feel so much better. She and the other stylist kept reminding me that I looked like a Pinterest model. She saved me and my hair!

So I came to this place after several not-great experiences at other salons. My sister-in-law goes here and has raved about Josiah, so I decided to give him a shot, despite living in Cleveland and well over an hour away. Josiah literally gave me the best haircut I've ever had, and I couldn't be happier. I feel like he's the first hair stylist who actually listened to what I wanted and executed the cut so well and with such attention to detail. The only downside is that I'll have to drive over an hour for a haircut from now on, but hey, at least I know it will be well worth it :)

Had them come out for a leaking water heater that another company said needed full replacement. This plumber actually inspected it carefully and found it was just a faulty valve. Saved me a lot of money and explained things in simple language instead of trying to upsell services. The whole visit felt honest from start to finish.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sam Pitzulo Homes and Remodeling on a major home renovation and couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly.
The project involved finishing, not remodeling, our basement. It came closer to building a house than finishing since we added a full bath and some specialty rooms, like a library. This was not throwing up some drywall, dropping a ceiling, and putting up a picture of Franco Harris. This involved custom millwork the likes of which I seriously doubt you will see anywhere else.
They took the time to understand my vision and offered insightful suggestions that enhanced the overall design. Most importantly, John sat down and went line by line with us over the contract. He even reworded a paragraph that we found questionable with regard to our particular situation. The craftsmanship displayed was top-notch, and it's clear that they take pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care.
The two men who were constantly involved with the work were the project manager and lead carpenter. Both gentlemen consistently kept us updated on the progress. They always advised us to the best of their knowledge when workers were scheduled to show up.
What stood out to me the most was their commitment to staying on schedule and within budget. They communicated transparently about costs and timelines, which made the entire process stress-free.
What is particularly noteworthy is how they dealt with the very few issues that arose, as they always do. The few issues/concerns that arose during the process were resolved THAT DAY, sometimes within the hour. The project manager always responded to phone calls and texts promptly. This is incredibly important when you are involved in a big project.
Without reservation, I give my highest recommendation to Sam Pitzulo to anyone considering a remodeling or new building project. It's refreshing to find a business that combines quality with exceptional, friendly customer service.

I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to going to the dentist, so I've done quite a lot of hopping around the area looking for a non-judgmental doctor who takes extra care to make sure their patients don't feel pain. My grandmother heard great things about Dura, and we both made appointments with Dr. Aldara. The checkup was easy, but I was beyond scared of the fillings I needed, because even with anesthetic, fillings have been a very long and painful procedure most places I've gone. Other practices have felt medieval compared to this one. It took about a half hour to complete my filling, and I waited for pain the whole time that never came. I was about to cry tears of joy about not having to fear the dentist anymore. Dr. Aldara is so kind and funny! Denise did my filling, she was so sweet and very patient with my unnecessary fear. The filling feels great, and I can't recommend Dura Dental enough, especially for anyone who has a fear of dental procedures because of the pain. They will take care of you here.
I was nervous it's been a while going to the dentist but let me tell you the staff was beyond amazing and caring the Dr was fantastic and I can't believe how fast everything went! I will definitely be going back. They worked with me and were non judgemental at all. Love this place!!

was dis-satisfied with one of the male vets who was more interested in spewing his knowledge than keeping his mouth shut so he could use his ears to listen to my questions and concerns so I switched to a female vet who is VERY loving and KIND and GENTLE with my dog and answers ALL my questions. She is FANTASTIC!
Finally have found a veterinary office that is outstanding for our 3 Great Danes! They dont rush you, answer all your questions, give you options and treat your pets like family. Everyone is super friendly & kind. Their prices for services are right in line with everyone else. They make you feel at ease with your pet and treat them so kindly. Thank you Doctors Park for a wonderful experience with our danes!
Our dogs make it plain what groomers they don't like. This is a place where we never have to do the pleading and bribing thing. They do a good job getting out matted knots without shaving. And they are reasonably priced.
I boarded my cat for a week while I was on vacation. They took wonderful care of her in this beautiful facility five stars for sure.!!!!

I had a neck problem that would not go away, I tried everything except a massage. I can’t believe how through everything I tried, a simple massage made my pain go away. Ever since, if I had even the slightest problem I went to him and it was gone. If you’re in pain, or even just want to relax, he is the man to see!!! If I could give him a 10 star rating I would!
