The first time there, everything went well. Had a great experience and Savannah was lovely. Fast forward one month to my second appointment and boy what a 180 … I have severe health issues that lead me to not knowing how I will feel from one hour to the next, let alone one day. I had to cancel my appointment and was charged the full price of my service. At first, I fully was prepared to pay a cancellation fee and reschedule that day. When I went in on the first appointment, all of the policies and procedures were done on her computer without my knowledge of cancellation policies. I had an amazing experience with my facial! Such a calm and relaxing environment. My expression lines are nearly gone which has me totally blown away. We also discussed a skincare routine. This is a one-stop shop for all skincare needs!

Savannah took the time and found out all my information and if I had any troubled areas. This massage was wonderful, very relaxing she did a great job. I will be going back and recommending this place to all my friends and family. This was such great experience.
