They were polite, Knowledgeable,and extremely professional.They spared no effort to get my drain clear and more importantly to get to the cause of the problem! 5 stars doesn’t even do her justice. Charice was absolutely amazing. This was my first time at her spa and I couldn’t have had a better experience. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable as well as amazing at her craft. She did a full body wax on me in only 2 hours! I’ve gone places that have spent 2 hours alone on just my legs. When I tell you Charice got every bit of my body hair. She left not a scrap, and made me feel so comfortable within 5 minutes of meeting her. Felt like I had known her for years. I would come back for the conversations alone! If you’re in the austintown area looking for an amazing wax, at a good price, with great hospitality and without blocking off your whole day this is the place to go!!!!! My first experience with physical therapy was a great one, thanks to the people at Drayer in Austintown. Everyone was so friendly, from the lady sitting at the front desk to therapists. I was impressed with how quickly I gained strength and mobility. The exercises challenged me - while they asked important questions to be sure they weren’t pushing me too far. I am thankful for everyone there and will actually miss seeing them three times a week.
The owner and her staff are very professional. They take their job and responsibilities seriously. They have made my family and I super comfortable with the care they provide to our grandmother. Our family highly recommended this company!
So I have to be honest… I have been to the other alterations express in Boardman and I was not happy with the outcome. However, somebody suggested that I go to the one in Austintown because they're simply better at tailoring. I didn't have many other options so that's what I did. I met with Beth, who is an absolute riot to speak with and very personable. she told me that she was going to make sure everything was great. I picked up my suit today and quite frankly after going through four other alterations places in Youngstown I think I may have finally found a place that can do tailoring and alterations correctly. Beth is absolutely phenomenal. quite frankly, I will ask for no one else ever in Youngstown to have my alterations and tailoring done. You can have an absolutely amazing suit, but if it doesn't fit right you won't look your best. But Now I have an excellent fitting suit that I can rock at my conference in Paris. Thank you, Beth!
Lately I’ve been wanting a dramatic change for my hair so I went to Ali. She is a magician, truly. I don’t know how she transformed my hair like this and I was literally speechless when she finished. I sat in my car staring at myself in the mirror before I left. I wish I had a before photo because the transformation is actually INSANE.

I don’t like that I have to rate a funeral home, but I give this place 5 stars and people are dying to get in this place. There’s little difference between this place and Lane funeral home when it comes to the quality. Gary has been a tremendous help during the worst time of my life. Lane really botched an appearance with what should have been a really easy makeover. Gary took a person sick from cancer and made them look like who they were and as they were remembered. I can’t say every situation will be the same as everyone is different, but he’s highly experienced.
Chris, from comunale, has done work at our store multiple times. The guy is professional, gets things done and is great to work with. We hope he continues servicing our location.

I had such a great experience! Everyone on the staff was so kind and welcoming, but Mya, the esthetician who did my lash lift and tint, really stood out. She did a phenomenal job on my lashes, made me feel so safe and comfortable throughout the appointment, and was incredibly sweet and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
I cannot comment on their service because I canceled prior to them arriving to mow, however I can say that the gentleman I spoke with was helpful and was willing to fit me in for a 1-time mow, within 24 hours of our conversation. My grass was near a foot tall and convincing a lawn company to do this is usually difficult. The price was reasonable and had my neighbor not mowed it for me while I'm unwell, I would have used their services.

Dr. Fowler is amazing. She is super sweet, you will never feel rushed. She always makes sure you are comfortable. I have had major sciatica for years. I see Dr. Fowler for maintenance and she is remarkable. I highly recommend her.
It's been a while since I've been adjusted by this doctor. But when I have he was the best. And I myself am a chiropractor. So I'm very choosy about who gets to work on me. I go with a chiropractor that knows what he's doing and knows how to adjust very well.

Wow. I came in to chop off all my hair I had damaged with coloring and I found a beautician angel!!! AJ, She listened to how I wanted it, did exactly what I described (I go for asymmetrical may I say daring cuts!) Educated me in cut and color and I have to say it's my fave cut I've ever gotten!!! Usually when I got in for a short cut they spend an hour slowly getting it to how short I want it ( I get so fed up with sitting so long and am hardly completely satisfied)but she listened and I got the cutest style in a reg hair cut amount of time. She demonstrated true talent, technique, and knowledge for this lady who never wants the cookie cutter hair style!!! Thank you so much AJ!!! You made my whole day!!!

Amy is very kind and did an amazing job on my nails. I got a mani pedi for cheap with glitter gel. She does what you ask her to do to the absolute best of her abilities. Some of these people in these reviews act like every nail tech needs to be Picasso. She cleaned eveything before, during, and after she finished with me. The salon was clean. If you want a dirty salon go to star nails in niles and pay 250 for garbage.
