First time customer. Got in immediately, no waiting. She listened to my concerns about what I wanted and then suggested ways to achieve my desired look. Very affordable. Will return. I just hope it will be easy to have the same person cutting my hair each time!

I absolutely love my hair! I had a bad experience at another location when donating my hair, and Julie was incredible and just so friendly!! She made me feel like I was being taken care of, and in good hands. I recommend this location to everyone. Hair cuts are affordable, and there’s not a long wait at all. Check in is incredibly easy. Took my mom for a haircut. I've been to Great Clips several times through the years. But this visit to the Canfield location was very favorable. My mom is in a wheelchair - we were initially greeted by a GC employee when she opened the door for us. The same individual did my mom's cut. She was very friendly, very kind, very attentive to what my mom desired and very compassionate. We will definitely return to this location and request the same stylist!
