“A little addicted… After surgery, I was searching for a group fitness studio where I could rebuild my strength and hopefully lose a little weight. I came across Advanced Training Fitness and Yoga and decided to give them a try since they were close by and offered heated Pilates. Let’s just say, I’ve been hooked ever since.

Every instructor has been warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, especially when I initially felt out of place. The classes are challenging but never unbearable; exactly what I expect in a workout.

I just completed my 34th class, so it’s safe to say I’m not going anywhere. Book a class and see what you’ve been missing; just don’t try to take my slot. LOL! No, seriously!

“I’ve been attending Club Pilates and have done 5 classes now, and as someone who comes from a bodybuilding background, I find the workouts challenging but very rewarding. 2 of my classes have been with Natalie and both times, I left feeling a bit discouraged. Something about her tone and approach just didn’t click with me. It’s a shame because the other instructors have been fantastic. I think personally I’ll just be more picky on the classes I book going forward. I still love the studio overall and would recommend for someone looking to spice their fitness up a bit.”

“Robyn is a wonderful therapist. I sometimes think she is like the grinch whose heart grew so big . She is no nonsense so I love her kind directness. Not an infinite paid friend. I've been in therapy for over 40 years and I drive an hour one way in terrible traffic to see her. If you truly want to improve not just go through the motions, she is a godsend.”
