“I called DeBord for their plumbing expertise on Saturday with a toilet that wouldn’t flush. They let me know that it would cost more to come out during the weekend and that if it wasn’t an emergency (it wasn’t) could it wait until Monday. Got a call first thing Monday, said a technician would be out between 8 and 10. Technician, Allen, called around 7:45 and said “I’ll be there in 20 minutes.” Worked on the issue and resolved it in 2 hours.
