“We had an issue at 3am with our heat not working. The house was down to 59 inside. With a 2 month old and a 2 year old, I was in panic mode. I called and left a message.Dan called me back and came out immediately.They fixed the issues we had and serviced our furnace system as well.He even took the time to show us how to reset the system if we have an issue again. “We comparison shopped for two gas furnaces. From our research, we were interested in American Standard because of its high ratings from Consumer Reports for reliability and owner satisfaction. We also know that American Standard is made in the same factory as high-rated Trane. Jack Stankus gave us a very reasonable quote and an enjoyable presentation. He is extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience having accompanied his father from childhood. We were very impressed with his installation team. Young Alex was expert and explained the new systems well. His partner Ben was also skillful. The job took two days. All was neatly and professionally done . “We had our complete furnace system changed from a boiler system to putting in duct work, new furnace and air conditioning. We thought they did a great job. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Great guys! We would highly recommend them.“
