Geothermal professionals replaced my old oil fired furnace with a 4 ton geothermal system. The drill crew and the inside installation crew were extremely professional, took their time, and did excellent work. In fact, it's one of the best HVAC system installations that I've ever seen. To start, be prepared for a long wait to get your system. This is a smaller company that pays attention to detail. You can always check where you are on the schedule on their website so you can easily plan. While you are waiting, if your old system has issues, they will maintain them until your turn comes. The digging crew was fantastic. Once our unit was installed, we heard a pounding noise when the heat was being used. We had to call several times to have someone come investigate and fix it but they did come back out and fix the issue. We haven't had issues since then.
