Had an issue arise today. Stopped in fairly close to closing time. All staff from front desk through doctor were very polite and helpful. Then was able to get medication right there. Which prevented me from losing the day as the pharmacies were closed.
Had a very good experience at UH Urgent Care in Medina. We were able to book an appointment online and complete the registration forms in advance. This made check-in quick and easy and we saw a nurse within 15 minutes of arrival. Personnel were very friendly and facility was clean and well-maintained. Very satisfied with our visit and will be back to UH next time we are in need.
Took my 89 yr old Mom in with slight chest pains. X-ray done right there and recommended we go to ER as pneumonia was suspected. Took less than 1 hour.
Went to ER and Mom was admitted.
