Quickmed Urgent Care is dedicated to providing urgent care with compassion and efficiency. Patients experience short wait times and a smooth check-in process. The staff, including the receptionists and medical providers, are described as incredibly helpful, kind, and very professional. They take the time to listen to patients, are patient and understanding, and ensure everyone is comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Families with young children feel particularly supported, as the team goes above and beyond to make kids feel at ease. Being able to book an appointment online cuts down the waiting time. Overall, Quickmed Urgent Care is a reliable and thorough choice for prompt and expert, caring medical attention.
Update: somehow after speaking with them months ago and getting everything straight I’m back in the same spot over the same bill! No way to actually contact a real person again…. THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED! 🙌🏻 The billing manager was amazing to work with and helped me completely! Once I was able to get ahold of someone, everything was handled professionally and amazingly! THANK YOU! My whole family went there in November of 2021 for COVID tests. I had three insurance companies and filled out paperwork for the test that was supposed to give you the results within a day. My mother in law got the free test and waited the 3-5 days for her results. Fast forward to February of 2022 and we were both receiving bills for $250.00 to pay for the COVID tests. Since then, I have called the doctors office (who gives you the number for billing and that is all they can do), called the billing office over 24 times, left the billing office voicemails explaining the situation, used the online portal and sent a message about contacting me for the billing, with no reply or call back. It is now almost May 2022 and the bill has been sent to collections. I contacted the collection agency to try to talk with them gave them my phone number and DOB and was on hold for 20 minutes then they came back and just hung up on me. Called the office again, got Billings number again, the line was busy and unable to connect the call for over an hour, finally got through and went to the billing extension and left ANOTHER voicemail with all my information and still no call back. We can’t be the only ones who have gone through this as four of my family members are in the same boat! Horrible service and looking into legal action at this point!
Cannot say enough about QuickMed Urgent Care Centers!!! Both my boys and myself have been there as patients and I have also worked with Dr. Esmail and her team professionally! Truly a blessing to have this option for our urgent care needs. They offer so much more too! It is about time our communities get efficient, convenient and compassionate care!
