Urgent Care near Massillon

“I want to share my experience with others and let them know the kindness that radiates through all of the staff here. I came in experiencing panic/anxiety. One of the nurses on staff - Carolyn - hugged me, comforted me, gave me words of hope, and prayed over me. I have struggled with anxiety for years, seen many doctors and nurses, and no one has comforted me quite like Carolyn did. She has a pure heart, a loving spirit, and is truly there for those in need. I know if anyone came in feeling sick she would be your advocate for betterment. Thank you for your wonderful staff there. They have made a significant mark on the kind of care that anyone should receive seeking it.“

“I was happy when Mercy merged with Cleveland clinic - and a closer urgent care facility was available.

I have had 0 complaints coming for myself, or children. We can get in and out for lab work and sometime (understandable) there is a bit of a wait for urgent care. (Most times it has been less than 20 minutes waiting to be seen in the waiting room and about 10-15 minutes in the patient room to see the doctor).

Front desk staff is wonderful - very thorough and polite, nurses are also very wonderful to work with.

I have seen Dr Dang each time I have come for urgent care and he has been great with my needs and issues that I came in for.

It is a smaller facility, connected to sport medicine and physical therapy, but overall has been a pleasant stop for non-emergency needs when my primary doctor isn’t available.“
