I had a very positive experience with Fredericks. In my case I had a rather large LVT floor installed in my home. I had never done business with Frederick's before, but I knew they had been in business for a very long time. That made me feel that they must be doing something right. In their showroom I met two people ( Shannara and Max) who helped guide me through a huge selection of possible flooring options. The owner of the business (Nick) measured my room, and we had detailed discussions about the layout of the floor and how certain obstacles within the room would be dealt with. When it came time for the installation of the floor, I met Chris and his brother Nick. I consider myself a very detail-orientated person and these installers did meticulous work. Chris and Nick really knew their job from sub floor prep to leveling to installing the product to doing a fantastic install of all my woodwork. Everyone I dealt with from this company was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.“

“The install went just fine and product looks great, however, the communication and scheduling of our install was fraught with confusion. We had to call multiple times and even then, were given incorrect information as to when our install was scheduled. If they could correct that part of their business, it would be a much smoother situation.“

“We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. They were easy to have in my home. They were very thorough with covering and blocking areas to limit and eliminate dust. We were so impressed with how they cleaned up everyday.
