“Medina Ground LLC is very responsive when I requested a quote. Price was fair and more than reasonable. The scripture in our playground surfacing is clear and very easy to read. Jeremy was on time every morning, often there before we opened getting started for the day. His crew is friendly and all extremely hard working. They worked until the job was done to perfect. The pad is holding up beautifully, the children love it, and we love that they are safe if they play too rough or have an accident. He met all the ADA guidelines, showed up every day, was always on time, laid a beautiful playground surfacing with graphics, and left without even knowing he was ever there. The clean up looked better than it did before they arrived and started working. He’s a Christian man too. Overall a great man with a great company. We are thrilled. “Our family has come to building 9, 2 times now. Both times our experience was great. Customer service is top notch. We bought our cabinets there and also now our windows. Jeff and dan were always great getting our things ordered. Honestly I’m a frugal guy and I shopped around. When it comes to windows and cabinets. Building nine is the best place around for the price. We even had a small warranty issue on one of the windows came just a little damaged. It was no problem Jeff put in an order for a replacement part and got it all taken care of. We have many more windows we want to replace in time and There no other place I would go.“
