Parma Flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with! Right from the start, they were transparent, straightforward, and completely honest about pricing and timeline. The installation crew was fantastic—super friendly, hilarious, and fast, but with an insane amount of attention to detail. Tackling a basement and stairwell is no small feat, but every single step, edge, and transition turned out completely flawless. You can tell they take true pride in their craft. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had an outstanding experience with this carpet company from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently—they were in and out quickly while still doing an excellent job. Everyone we interacted with, from the owner to the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and kind. The carpet itself is absolutely beautiful and completely brightened up our front room. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for such high-quality work and product. We are truly thankful and will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend!
