So I have to be honest… I have been to the other alterations express in Boardman and I was not happy with the outcome. However, somebody suggested that I go to the one in Austintown because they're simply better at tailoring. I didn't have many other options so that's what I did. I met with Beth, who is an absolute riot to speak with and very personable. she told me that she was going to make sure everything was great. I’ve taken countless garments here for alterations and dry-cleaning. The turnaround time is quick, and the work performed is fantastic! Ruth and Beth do an exceptional job, always ensuring that I’m happy with the results both during my fittings and upon pick-up. They go above and beyond and are so talented at their craft!
