“5 stars doesn’t even do her justice. Charice was absolutely amazing. This was my first time at her spa and I couldn’t have had a better experience. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable as well as amazing at her craft. She did a full body wax on me in only 2 hours! I’ve gone places that have spent 2 hours alone on just my legs. When I tell you Charice got every bit of my body hair. She left not a scrap, and made me feel so comfortable within 5 minutes of meeting her. Felt like I had known her for years. I would come back for the conversations alone! If you’re in the austintown area looking for an amazing wax, at a good price, with great hospitality and without blocking off your whole day this is the place to go!!!!! “The prices are not displayed which I did not like. You pay what they tell you. I ended up paying $30 plus tip for a wash and blowdry. I think that's a negative for a walk-in service that you have to take the next stylist that's available. And I don't get conditioning.“

Even with multiple brides getting ready, the reception staff kept things moving calmly. My manicure and blow dry were finished within the promised time, and nobody acted irritated when I asked for small adjustments. Felt professional without being cold or robotic.“
