I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent visit to the Fairlawn store.I went to another LL store prior to my visit and unfortunately, the customer service I experienced there was quite disappointing. However, my experience with Kaitlyn at the Fairlawn store was completely different. Frank at the Fairlawn store was a huge help. The staff isn't pushy or in a hurry. They are friendly, informed, and relaxed. The experience was great. This place went the extra mile, helping me find other LL locations that had a discontinued product in stock, and we were able to source exactly what we wanted at a great price!

We have been shopping around for new LVT flooring to install throughout our house, and after not having any luck with Lowe's and Home Depot, we decided to go to LL Flooring. I wish we would have gone here first! They have a much better selection, and higher quality products. You also talk to actual flooring specialists, who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Alan Rudkowski helped us pick out the flooring and put the order together. He was great to work with. I would recommend LL Flooring to anyone in the market.
