He knew he would lose the ability to control much of what he had, but gain the exposure, technology and benefits the large, interconnected group offered. Several aspects are the negatives expected - call in menu cascade, longer hold times and revolving personnel at the front end. At the office end, his regular nursing staff and reception staff in the Yorktown location provide the best GP experience and responsive medical care you could ever hope for. The best, hands down.“
