“Had a very stress free and professional experience. I was seen in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly and considerate. The office itself was very clean and i could tell they take sanitation very seriously. Amber was great at explaining every step of the way, from what we would be doing during the visit to explaining certain aspects of my health and the next steps after the visit. PA Gurkov was also very thorough for my routine check up and bloodwork. They took care to make sure i was comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. i will definitely be going here from now on for all future healthcare needs!”

“Such a positive experience at Crystal Run Urgent Care. So easy to make an appointment through the portal. Waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The nurse and medical assistant could not have been nicer while taking vitals and asking questions. They told me the doctor would be in once the results of my COVID/flu test came back. I waited for the Dr Otto to come in and he was such a nice man. He seemed to be in no rush and he was thorough is assessing my symptoms and talking to me about the prescription he would be sending in for me. I will never got to another urgent care between the cleanliness of the office and the lovely staff I do t know why I would go anywhere else.”
