“I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review of this clinic. All I can say is that from the minute I called for an appointment, the entire staff has been so warm and friendly that I hope to never use another PT/OT clinic in my life!....I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and ruptured my quad tendon from my patella two months ago and I did quite a lot of research to find a qualified clinic to help me recover from such a devastating injury. My experience has been more than I had hoped for......My initial evaluation took place in a private room where I met Jeremy (Physical Therapist) who did everything correctly from his introduction to taking proper measurements. Jeremy has followed the surgeon's rehab protocol to the letter and is moving me through the process slowly and methodically. The rehab aides are always nice and friendly as they set you up for the next exercise or activity....This is a wonderful clinic in a nice part of town with friendly patients who are quick with a joke or supporting words. I'm really happy to have found this clinic. The whole experience has been wonderful and it all starts with the front desk.....Trust me when I say this, you will never find a kinder front desk staff in any office and that vibe just carries through the entire clinic. If you're considering this clinic, you can't go wrong if you decide on getting treated there and this is coming from a certified and licensed medical professional.“

“A fractured shin for my 5 year old was certainly unexpected. After 5 weeks in a cast and boot, my daughter’s gait was off. I knew a pediatric physical therapist was a must for my daughter, so the search began. After speaking with Dr. Dana about my daughter’s case and temperament, it was clear this was the right fit for her. Even before meeting in person, Dr. Dana’s extensive knowledge and experience working with pediatric patients was clear. She thoughtfully worked with us to schedule two after school visits per week so no school was missed. My daughter worked extensively with Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Mansi each week, both of which are skilled therapists and wonderful with children. In addition, the facility is literally designed for children so it draws them in immediately. My daughter was excited for her PT appointments because the therapists made the experience fun and playful while challenging her physically to meet goals.“

“Doctor Gao is a terrific doctor: he listens to you and helps you understand the issue you're dealing with patiently and with great articulation. His treatments (acupuncture and physical therapy) are productive and he and his staff will alter the programming based on how much time you have to spend on rehabilitation that day. It's a cozy office with a warm staff (not a physical fitness facility) where you go through your routine with constant oversight, progressing (or slowing down) depending on how your ailment is responding. The team really cares about you as an individual, where other PT facilities might be bigger with more personnel and available appointments, but you're going to be hard pressed to find a doctor more attentive or involved in your recovery. If you have a lingering injury, try Doctor Gao!“

They thoroughly examined and diagnosed my problem and it’s been getting better since the treatment. On top of physical therapy, they also have acupuncturist and chiropractor so I was able to receive those treatments as well in one facility without having to find different providers which was pretty convenient.
