“Ive been with Priscilla / Dermamiracle for over a year. I had been battling with (somewhere between medium and severe) acne issues for over a decade. Countless dermatologists and no topical creams (even the highest 0.1% tret) or antibiotics helped. I dont even know where to start with my journey at Dermamiracle. Priscilla is amazing. She knows what shes doing. She knows the products - the medical grade components vs OTC, the technology (LED, high frequency, etc), and the balance of treatments (facials, chemical peels, etc). She has the expertise and skill, but her care and willingness to truly help has whats kept me here so long. My care was curated to understanding my specific skin/pore condition and adjusting it along with progress, regression, changing seasons, etc. Specific stages were followed: Undoing damage / restoring skin barrier -> acne control -> hydration -> addressing scaring/pigmentation. I have seen a world of difference from Day 1 to now, and indeed it has been a time consuming, patience requiring, effort taking, and yes, expensive journey. But its worth it and it works because Priscilla holds your hand through it. She was clear about setting expectations from the get go. It does get worse before getting better and its a rollercoaster ride. Beyond skin care- priscilla has also been a great sounding board and advisor on positive energy, healthy consumption of natural foods, lifetyle shifts, and acceptable and helpful supplements. Ive realized fighting my acne is a wholesome journey of combining a bunch of right things; just one will not undo or magically cure years of damage. I am forever grateful for Priscilla and Dermamiracle. Super special shout outs to Shely and Maria for accomodating my lateness and sometimes last min reschedules. Special shout out for the peaceful, relaxing, ambient environment, music, clean and hygienic everything, providing water/tea/hot chocolate, and the ever smiling and welcoming faces.
