Yesterday was my first time at the Brooklyn location and Nelly spoiled me! The space is super beautiful, clean, and the front desk receptionist Madison is a sweetheart. Both of them were super helpful in answering all of my questions as well as going above and beyond for my needs! It feels like you’re in a spa and you will fall asleep from how relaxing and dreamy the procedure is. I got The Glass Skin Facial and my skin looks so radiant and hydrated, I struggle a lot with sensitive and dry skin so this was exactly what I needed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Nara and the team are amazing here. So accommodating and probably the best Botox/ filler I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend!
Despite some of the older reviews mentioning poor customer service over the phone, it seems the clinic has made significant improvements. I was assisted by Nara, who was professional, attentive, and made the entire process very smooth. The receptionist, originally from Romania, was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others. I will definitely be coming back and will be bringing my wife as well.
