Jade and Kiara are amazing. What I love about jade is that she takes her time explaining your progress each session but also she is super knowledgeable at explaining how everything works. Kiara at the front desk is always very kind and warm. Which makes the appointment feel more warmth and welcoming. I came in originally for jaw and neck but these wonderful ladies have convinced me to get other areas and I’m so happy I did!! Will highly recommend to anyone thinking about it just do it !
I’ve been coming to the cobble hill location for over a year now and it’s literally a breath of fresh air. Kiara is so kind, friendly and welcoming (everything you hope to expect from a receptionist and more!) she sets the standard and tone for the customer experience. I only come on Sundays because that is when Jade is at this location, she is the best! I’ve tried others no one else compares (sorry 🫶🏼). She’s so patient, friendly and efficient! I forget at times I’m being zapped with a high powered laser because she makes the experience so quick and less painful.
