“The massage was rigorous, warm, and thorough. Careful attention was paid to the areas where I have bruises or old wounds to stimulate blood flow and promote healing, but without painful contact. Nishant is an artist who deeply understands the nuance and connections in the human body and intuitively constructed rhythmic patterns to engage and revitalize. I feel amazing!! If you haven’t had this type of massage before, understand that it is unique with its intensity, there are strong fast movements, and you are covered in warm oil. Many places have clay or showers after, but there are just towels here (it’s an office building) so wear clothes that can get a little oily after and plan time to go home and shower if you have more to do in the day. One small suggestion for the practice: cover the lights with warm filters or remove the fluorescent lights and just use a warm toned LED lamps. The lighting was too harsh and distracting (he turned them off when I asked) especially after when you want to feel expressly relaxed. But definitely go here, listen to the Ayurvedic advice and be open to accepting ancient treatments that make you feel like your best self, inside and out!“
