“The vast majority of my first experience with Alexia the Nail Concierge was absolutely 5- star! From her DAMN GREAT natural nail polish job, to her helping me find where I was in the parking lot- it was one of, if not, the best mani-pedi experience of my life.
1) I've never had a regular polish job (no acrylic, no gel, no dip- nothing but me & polish) last a week and keep going, with no chipping. And I've had a BBQ, daily cooking, cleaning, and a rambunctious 7 year old... my nails still look great.
2) The one-at-a-time service makes you feel special, esp. when Alexia turns out the lights and turns up the jazz for you massages- Relaxation Bliss!
My only gripe was that I would have wanted a bit more exfoliation from the tool used for the waterless pedicure. But that just means I have to ask for more at my next visit ;-)

“I went here for the first time today and had Summer do my new set and Judy for my pedicure and Lulu for massage. I have to say I haven't had such great service in a while. While removing my old gel, both woman were incredibly gentle and careful. I did not feel a thing and that normally isn't the case. Besides them working efficiently with each other, I was finished 30 minutes sooner than I thought I would be! I cannot say enough good things about the friendly staff and overall satisfaction! I will definitely be back and already told my mom to come here. Lastly, Lulu gave me an incredible massage! Hit all of the right spots and gave me the most rejuvenating head massage. I had a really bad tension headache from the morning and after the massage I felt like a completely new person. Additionally, she handled me with care and love. I really appreciated your kindness and warmth Lulu! Thank you for helping me have a wonderful day off ladies! ❤“

“Havdir was so nice and really did a great job fixing my botched mess I tried to grow out for a year. He definitely took off more than I was hoping for, but to be fair the previous person who did my hair really messed it up and I kind of had a feeling it was going to have to have more done to even it out. He was able to keep a little bit of a length, but more importantly after the first styling was washed at home I was still able to style my own hair and it come out looking great! He was so sweet and a nice gentleman and the staff was really friendly. I don't recall the exact price but it wasn't as expensive as I was expecting.“
