I found this salon in Google and it said “Best Dominican Hair Salon” it took me to the barber shop across the street and then they directed me to this salon. I AM SO HAPPY I found this place! Maria is great! She’s welcoming and polite and an AMAZING hair stylist! I was looking for a good Dominican salon and I found an EXCELLENT one! — there’s also plenty of street parking that you can pay with the White Plains street parking app!I’ve gone 2x already and will continue to get my hair done here!Highly recommended!!!
Been for Men's haircuts at Devon for over a year now. Always loved the highly professional haircut and the friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately I am leaving SF now but I can only recommend Devon and the whole Rubio & Raven team.
