“Equinox is incomparable to any other gym I’ve ever gone to. The atmosphere, and staff make you actually want to go to the gym. Never once has the front desk staff not said hello, or goodbye, the trainers always acknowledge you on the floor and say hello even if you’re working out on your own. The cold towels are the best :) The steam room, the showers and the locker rooms are all immaculate. Machines are never broken and the gym is always extremely clean. I have to say there is always someone there to fix any minor inconvenience. The snack shop was closing prior to me finishing my workout and I wanted to order a protein shake and the front desk without hesitation kept it in their refrigerator so that it wouldn’t melt. The snack shop was also late to open and I wanted to buy a water and the man at the front desk went right to the back and got me a water bottle. It’s really the little things you pay for and they never fail. You feel appreciated as a member unlike other gyms. Plus cycle with Jess is the best class there!“

“I’ve been coming to Hand & Stone in Mamaroneck for years after switching over from the Ridge Hill location, and I’m really happy I did. The staff is always professional, friendly, and accommodating, and it’s usually easy to find parking. They also tend to have early appointments available, which is very convenient.

I mostly come here for massages, and they’re great. I do go elsewhere for facials, but for massages, this location has been consistently reliable. The monthly package deal is also a good value at $89/month. Overall, I definitely recommend them for massage services.“
