While removing my old gel, both woman were incredibly gentle and careful. I did not feel a thing and that normally isn't the case. Besides them working efficiently with each other, I was finished 30 minutes sooner than I thought I would be! I cannot say enough good things about the friendly staff and overall satisfaction! “Dr Farella did my breast implant surgery in 2007. My two main concerns before the augmentation was breast size (I wanted a natural look) and if the procedure would hide breast cancer. I was 27 at the time and I was aware of my family history with breast cancer. Not only did he validate my concerns, he made sure to give me a natural look and explained the implants wouldn’t hide breast cancer. I’ve had my implants for 18 years and was recently diagnosed with breast cancer at 45 years old. Two breast surgeons told me the reason I felt a lump was most likely because the implants pushed the lump closer to the surface. My tumor was deep in the breast tissue. It was difficult for my surgeons, radiologists and oncologist to feel the tumor. Thankfully it was small. I believe my implants were the reason I could feel the “lump” when no one else could.
