“I have used Felix Tree Service for many years now, for landscape work, tree work, and in the winter for snow removal. I have found Felix and his crew to be extremely good at their work, extremely reliable, and fairly priced. I have come to know Felix personally over the years and find him to be one of the few Who still really care about the quality of their work. He not only does a great job, but he keeps an eye on it to make sure that it thrives. A few years ago he planted some trees for me. About a year later one of the trees looked like it wasn’t doing very well. The next thing I knew he had come by and replaced the tree with a new bigger and better one at no cost. It was over a year later, and I had not even asked him to do it. It was not even our understanding that he would be obliged to replace a tree if it didn’t survive. But he did it on his own,which I had not seen before from any others. In the winter he does our snow removal. He does a really prompt and thorough job of plowing and salting. I don’t ever have to worry that there will be any dangerous ice around, because he comes back to check it himself and add salt when needed. I would highly recommend his services, and I am one who is very particular about the landscape, the trees, etc.“

I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. I'll also add that this is definitely an established company with all the professional equipment and multiple crews: this is the opposite of one guy with a truck in a chainsaw, which is good! We have a smallish plot and challenging terrain, but they made our space feel larger, more usable, and of course much more beautiful. They saw the potential that we could not. We regularly get compliments on our garden from people walking by. The garden is designed to morph with the seasons, with something always in bloom. We used mostly/all native plants that pollinators love. We and our young son now enjoy spending time in our garden so much.

During the design process, Jay and Katherine presented a great plan and they were happy to work with us to tweak it as we came up with new ideas and changed our priorities. For the installation, the team worked quickly and efficiently so we did not feel like we were living in a construction site. Everything was well coordinated. I can’t say Jay is cheap, but he is good value - we thought the price was reasonable for the design, quality, and professionalism. Usually working with contractors is a stressful process, but this was practically stress free and that’s priceless.“
