He really listens to what kind of look you want, and takes the time to explain the answers to your questions. He also did an AMAZING job in masonry, repaving my broken walkway where someone backed into it. He took the time to locate the exact shades of stone so it wouldn't look so obvious color wise having old stone against brand new stone. He also went above and beyond my first weeks knowing him, driving across town to help resolve a complex issue with my fence that my fence guys could not do on their own. “Earlier this week we suffered a great deal of tree damage from Hurricane Isaias. Huge branches fell off trees and landed in our driveway as well as on our roof. While I had never hired Felix Tree Service before, I was very impressed when he came to give me an estimate of possible tree trimming in the Spring and felt that I should wait until the late fall since we had beautiful tulips and flowering bushes that would probably be destroyed by the branches that would be falling on our yard. I couldn’t believe that someone would say that! How many tree guys do you know who would say call me when your flowers stop blooming?While the hurricane was still active, I called Felix and asked if he might be able to come over the following day. I reminded him of his visit to our home a few months before. Felix was very kind but he told me that many of his long time customers had already called him to report their damages but he’d make every effort to drop by.The following morning while I was working remotely, I noticed a man removing the huge branches that had been blocking our driveway. There were no trucks, just a car parked across the street. I went outside and it was Felix, working alone. He explained that his tree crews were all busy on much bigger jobs but he had promised to “ try to drop by” and he was keeping his word.. I asked if he could remove the branches on our roof. Felix laughed and said he had only brought his chain saw and didn’t have a ladder. Fortunately, we had one and he climbed up on the roof and began throwing more huge branches off and onto the ground. Then he yelled to me, “ call your insurance guy”! He pulled a huge branch out of the roof that had cut a hole through our shingles and the plywood. He photographed the damages and then went to his car to get a tarp. He apologized that while he had to get to another job, I needed to get someone to cover the hole to protect our interior from potential rain damage. He told me that his crew would return the following day to remove all the branches that he had carefully placed on our lawn. I could write another page on the amazing job his guys did when they returned ! If you ever need tree work and want an ethical guy who has a great team of dedicated workers, call Felix’s Tree Service!I am sure we will need additional pruning as a result of the damages caused to the trees as a result of this storm. I told Felix that once he has some free time, I’d like him to once again look over our property. I feel confident that we are in the hands of a very rare and dedicated professional.“

“This company is so good I had them do two major projects. They installed a new sprinkler system to replace the one that was all broken. They did a great job and re-designed the layout to be so much better. They also stoned our chimney exterior. This was something I was going to do when we built our house but we didn't trust the builder. It came out incredible. The masons hand cut every stone and it looks amazing. I highly recommend these guys and I am happy to share.“
“German and the crew from CTM Center Landscaping do a great job on our lawn. We just bought a home and the previous owner recommended them so we stuck with what worked for him. They did our 2 fall cleanups last year (2023) and our spring cleanup this year (2024) and we plan to stick with them. I still like to do some of my own lawn care but the leaf and branch cleanup at the head and tail of the season is rough. It's well worth it to have CTM swing through and bang it out for us. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.“

But the last few weeks have been absolutely crazy and I had to call upon them again for a cut and edging . They did a amazing job once again. “Truck Drivers- No Overnight Parking nothing!!! Do NOT arrive early. They open the gate at 0730 start working 0800.The area is small but enough room for a Professional Truck Driver. Pull through the gate head down the hill split the 2 buildings. Once off the street stop. You will go down and to the Left then back up to the unload area.I had a full trailer 3.5 hrs to get unloaded. Staff is friendly they let me let my dog run around.Again don’t arrive early there is no parking and I’m a creative Parker so be warned.Only 4 stars because No parking.“
