“I have been going to the West Babylon location for years. When I recently got a prescription for new glasses I thought about trying Costco but then thought about allof the times that Joe helped me with broken & bent frames over the years. I've been in for many adjustments, nose pads , screw tightening etc. When I decided to stay with Davisvision I had the pleasure of meeting Camilla for my new glasses . After a seamless visit picking put new frames & getting measurements I was told possibly 2 weeks they would be ready. I received a text 6 days later that my glasses were ready. I wore them home that day & placed them in the case a few hours later. The next day I was trying them again and had a problem with the earpiece. I brought them back and Camilla tried adjustments but decided " your glasses are new and I don't want you having any issues down the road" She changed my frames out for new frames while I waited. Amazing Store, with amazing customer service. Im glad I stuck with my decision.“
