We had a terrific experience with the entire staff at Visionworks. Sage was very helpful with choosing glasses for myself and my husband. She patiently explained every detail of the options for our glasses, as well as the cost breakdowns. So nice to work with someone so helpful!!
The customer agent's enthusiasm and professionalism was infectious and launched me on a good rest of my day. I am srill excited a day later to use my glasses while driving and amazed at how clear the lines in the world are. That staff in totality are wonderful and have given me a fresh outlook on life since I am wearing pretty glasses that were within my plan and cost me close to nothing.
4/25/26. Th Manager at Davis vision in southgate massapequa went way above my expectation !!!
In regards to my new frames that broke 2 times in one month. Swapped out lenses to new frames ( same style) on the spot upon walk in.
Second time it occurred. (Same issue)
He said frames are discontinued and I needed to pic new frames for a whole new pair but different frames. He did a quick non permanent fix to allow me to leave with the old defective pair
And told me he personally would be in touch in regards to new pair.
